The data on vascular plants, resulted from floristic researches, conducted on the territory of Kostomukshski Nature Reserve are given. 123 species are reported from this territory for the first time. Some of them such as Festuca arundinacea Schreb., Festuca trachyphylla (Hack.) Krajina, Gypsophila elegans Bieb., Alchemilla glabricaulis Lindb. fil., Fragaria magna Thuill. are new for Karelia.
