The annotated checklist of vascular plants of the Paanajarvi National Park compiled through analysis and generalization of extensive materials collected over 160 years by Finnish and Russian botanists is provided. Records from the Park include 623 species of 79 families; some of the species (weeds and casual aliens) do not occur there any more. The flora of the Park comprises quite a number of rare and red-listed species, including those not found elsewhere in Karelia. Thus, the territory is of great importance for conserving the regional biota.
